This information is provided as the general identification and contact information for the operator of the Proseniq website and services.
This notice applies to the main Proseniq website and to general processing connected with Proseniq products, customer enquiries, software licensing and support. Individual products may provide additional or more specific legal notices, privacy information, End User License Agreements (EULAs), system requirements or security information. Where a product-specific notice applies, it supplements this general notice and governs the relevant product-specific processing or contractual terms.
When you visit a Proseniq website, technical data may be processed by the hosting environment, including IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser/device information and security or server-log data.
If you contact Proseniq by e-mail or through a contact form, the information you submit is processed in order to answer your request, provide requested information, take pre-contractual steps where applicable, provide support, or manage an existing contractual relationship.
The legal basis is, depending on the context, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual steps), Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in communication, support, service security and abuse prevention), Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations), or consent where consent is specifically required by law.
Use of a contact form is not treated as consent where another legal basis properly applies.
Some Proseniq products use license-management or activation services. Depending on the product and licensing model, Proseniq may process information such as the customer e-mail address, license or entitlement identifier, product information, activation status, assignment timestamps and technical activation data that are necessary to issue, validate, manage or support the applicable software license.
Technical identifiers used for activation may be pseudonymised or hashed where the relevant product supports this. Product-specific privacy notices describe additional activation data, retention periods and technical safeguards where applicable.
For manually issued licenses, Proseniq processes only the information reasonably necessary for license administration, support and proof of entitlement. Gumroad transaction data do not arise where a license is issued independently of Gumroad.
Some Proseniq digital products are offered through Gumroad. For transactions completed through Gumroad, Gumroad acts as Merchant of Record for the sale and handles the transaction, payment processing and applicable indirect-tax administration in accordance with Gumroad's own terms and privacy information.
Where required to provide or administer a Proseniq license, Proseniq may receive or retrieve limited purchaser information from Gumroad, such as the purchaser's e-mail address, Gumroad sale/transaction identifier, product name or product identifier and the time at which the purchase or license assignment is processed. These data may be associated with the relevant Proseniq license in order to deliver the product, prevent duplicate assignments, provide support and document entitlement.
Proseniq does not require or intentionally import payment-card details from Gumroad for software licensing. Gumroad processes payment and transaction information under its own responsibility for its Merchant-of-Record functions.
The legal basis for Proseniq's processing of purchaser and licensing data is primarily Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is necessary to perform the purchase/license relationship. Article 6(1)(f) GDPR may additionally apply to proportionate security, fraud-prevention and abuse-prevention processing, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies where records must be retained to meet legal obligations.

Proseniq products are digital software products supplied electronically. Product-specific license rights and restrictions are governed by the applicable EULA or license terms presented for that product.
Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase and applicable consumer law permits the statutory withdrawal right to end once supply begins, this occurs only where the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been obtained. Nothing in this notice removes mandatory consumer conformity, refund, withdrawal or other non-waivable rights.
For product-specific licensing, activation, privacy, safety, system requirements or refund information, consult the legal and documentation pages provided with the relevant Proseniq product.
Personal data may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate Proseniq websites and products, such as hosting/infrastructure providers, e-mail services, software distribution or payment platforms, security providers and professional advisers. Data may also be disclosed where required by law or to competent authorities.
Proseniq does not sell personal data.
Where a service provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, Proseniq uses an applicable GDPR transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
Gumroad, Inc. is based in the United States. To the extent Gumroad processes Seller Data on behalf of Proseniq and an EEA transfer requires safeguards, Gumroad's current Data Processing Addendum provides for the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Gumroad may also process buyer/transaction data independently for its Merchant-of-Record functions under its own privacy framework.
Personal data are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose and thereafter only where continued retention is justified by contractual administration, support, security/fraud prevention, limitation periods, tax/accounting duties or another legal obligation.
Purchase and license-assignment records may be retained for the duration needed to administer the relevant license and to document entitlement, followed by any legally required or justified retention period. Product-specific activation services may apply more precise operational retention periods, which are described in the relevant product privacy notice.
Gumroad independently determines retention for data it processes as Merchant of Record under its own legal obligations and privacy policy.
Some Proseniq pages may contain embedded third-party content, including YouTube videos. Loading or playing such content may cause technical information, including the user's IP address and browser/device information, to be transmitted to the third-party provider. Where available, Proseniq may use privacy-enhanced embedding options.
Third-party services operate under their own privacy and cookie policies. Where non-essential cookies or comparable technologies require prior consent under applicable law, they should not be activated before the required consent has been obtained.
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR and applicable Spanish law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Requests may be sent to info@proseniq.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, AEPD): www.aepd.es.
Proseniq uses technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the processing. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
Security issues concerning a Proseniq product or service may be reported to info@proseniq.com with the subject “Proseniq Security”.
Proseniq products are independent third-party products unless an affiliation is expressly stated. References to third-party products, brands, protocols or platforms are made for identification, compatibility or interoperability purposes only and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation or endorsement.

Proseniq aims to keep website and product information accurate and current. Software, third-party platforms, operating systems, hardware and service-provider terms can change. Product-specific documentation, system requirements and EULAs should therefore be reviewed before purchase or deployment.
Nothing on this website excludes or limits liability, warranty, conformity obligations, product liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These website and service terms are governed by the laws of Spain to the extent permitted by applicable law.
For professional or business users, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of Cádiz, Spain, where such jurisdiction agreement is legally valid. Consumers retain any mandatory rights regarding applicable law, jurisdiction and venue in their country or place of residence.
This notice may be updated when Proseniq products, service providers, data flows or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated revision date and, where legally required, by additional notice or renewed consent.
